Join us and delve into the beautiful practice of Yin Yoga.

Yin is a slow form of practice that involves holding poses for longer periods to benefit the connective tissues in our body.

Unlike yang styles, yin is not focused on the aethetic of the asanas, or on sequences or movement, but on the experience, feelings, and emotions that yoga brings to the fore. This is mindfulness in action through inaction!

Doing less really can gift us more, but that doesn’t make yin ‘easy’, it is challenging to hold the asanas, but doing so will take you on a very special journey deep within.

Great for improving mobility and flexibility while delving deep into the mind-body connection. Slowga will take you to another level of practice and yourself.
