About me

About me

I am a complementary therapist with over a decade of experience in various approaches to body and mind healing.

My main goal is to encourage good health by adding a little nature or the wild back into people’s lives. I want to keep the ‘old’ wisdom alive and incorporate our ever-improving scientific understanding of why nature and getting back to our intrinsic nature is important to our wellbeing.

I know through personal and professional experience that nature benefits us in both body and mind. In fact, we all know this! If nothing else, COVID lockdowns gave us all an insight into how being kept away from nature impacts our lives and health. My own experience with significant illness drives me to bring the same benefits I have experienced through nature and the therapies I offer to others.

I am really proud to say that I am a member of the Complementary Medical Association, Global Online Yoga Association, the Mindfulness Teacher Register, and the Government’s Disability Confident Scheme, and am insured by Westminster Insurance.

All my therapy training is at level 3 or above and accredited by the Complementary Medical Association and/or the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.
