This session will cover:
In this interactive session, you’ll discover how to create bar soap from natural tallow, oils, and botanicals, and liquid soap from foraged, wild ingredients.
Our expert herbalist will guide you through the process of crafting your own beautiful soap recipes, empowering you to build confidence when using unfamiliar ingredients so that you can create your own products to care & pamper yourself & your loved ones using only nature-derived sustainable ingredients. Perfect for beginners and natural product enthusiasts alike, this workshop will reconnect you with the ancient wisdom of nature-based crafts.
After the session, you’ll receive a free PDF handbook that covers everything from equipment & preparation to methods, recipes, and extensive information on the benefits of plants, carrier oils, butters, and other natural ingredients. Using the information contained in the handbook the world will be your oyster of creativity when it comes to making natural soaps to use on everything from your hair to your toes to your clothes. As soap takes time to cure (4-6 weeks!) you will be sent your creations after this process is complete.
Refreshments will be served – herbal tea, tea/coffee, water, cordial, and some homemade nibbles.
If you enjoy the ingredients we use during the session, you are also welcome to order dried botanicals, essential oils, carrier oils, butters, beeswax, and tallow from us.
