Guided by a skilled herbalist, mindfulness teacher, and relaxation therapist, you’ll learn how to craft your own herbal teas, tinctures, balms, pulse oils, bath sachets, and pillows that will help you to unwind naturally.
We’ll also look at sleep hygiene, mindfulness practices, and breathwork that will boost the efficacy of the herbal preparations.
Whether you’re seeking a peaceful night’s rest or looking to manage daily stress or reduce anxiety, this workshop will empower you with plant-based remedies and natural body-mind approaches for relaxation and rejuvenation.
