As a competitive strongwoman & PT living in a village named after the Saxon woman who founded it (spoiler alert: there are lots of them locally!), I’ve never once questioned the strength or capability of women. Why would I?
I teach survival and foraging.
I lived solo in the wilderness for a year.
I run my business from an office I built with my own hands.
My trucks? Self-converted. My drive? Laid it myself.
I rebuilt myself after serious illness…not to mention the wrath of a few insecure men.
I train women using the same tools I use with men, because strength – mental or physical – isn’t gendered. It’s universal to those who cultivate it, but distinctly lacking in those who feel threatened by successful women.
Generation after generation has been taught that power, intelligence, and leadership come in just one form – and one voice. Male.
And that voice?
It’s getting louder and out of hand.
We’re not just stuck – we’re reversing.
